Sikhism Introduction
Sikhism is a way of life. It was well ahead of it's time when it was invented around 500 years ago. There are more than 20 million Sikh followers today. It preaches a devotion to remember God at all times. Also truthful living, equality of mankind, social justice and blind rituals. They also denounce superstitions. The word Sikh in the Punjabi language means disciple. They follow the writings of the Ten Sikh Gurus. The teaching are practical and universal and apply to everyone.
